Returns
Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition and unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at iam@cornerexpression.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at iam@cornerexpression.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Corner Expression is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We encourage customers to ensure that their delivery location is secure. If no one will be available to receive the package, we recommend the following options at checkout:
- Signature Confirmation (optional) include this as a note.
- Delivery to a secure address or pickup location
If delivery attempts fail and the item is returned to us, or if damage or theft occurs after delivery, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee replacements in these cases, we will work with you to explore a fair resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Orders: Customized or special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
